Our product is provided in a Software-as-a-Service and provides users (individuals and businesses) with the opportunity to interact, typically in defined groups and as established by a group lead. Our products allow individuals and businesses that elect to participate, to coordinate and schedule events, discuss issues, provide notices of changes, respond to survey and polls as well as have the ability to interact with each other within the limited confines of the system’s capabilities. Our products store and retain information submitted by individuals and businesses that have elected to use or participate with our products.
Subject to our more explanatory statement below, we do not sell personal information and, except for relationship messaging from us, we do not share your contact information with third parties unless you have provided us with your consent (opt in). Our products does allow advertisers to advertise within the Service and groups, and in electronic messages, however, such advertising is not targeted or contextually related to any individual – it is related to group interests that the individual has joined; however, some advertising may be contextually related to your geographic information based on either contact information you supply us, or if you are using a mobile device, information the device provides us about where the device is located.

The Company is a United States of America business with its core operations in the United States. Information related to you may be processed by us, our affiliates, business partners, or service providers in the United States.

We usually act on requests and provide Personal Data free of charge, but in such cases, we may charge a reasonable fee to cover our administrative costs of providing the Personal Data, which such costs can arise in one or more of the following cases, which are not meant to express all the instances in which we may charge a fee:
